Cafe n Addictions

A quick Google Review check for food around the area got us to this pretty cool cafe. It can be difficult finding a good place that does no nonsense food and worries less about the theatrics of a dish, but more about the quality and taste! This is one of those places :) My simple yet creamy, tasty, aromatic and slightly tingly chili scrambled eggs were delicious! That homemade chili oil added some heat and crunch and lifted the dish along with the crumbled feta. Wifey had the pancakes and she hardly ever gives a dish 10 out of 10. She said these pancakes were next level and were perfection. And the coffees? Just perfect. Not burnt, not weak and just a solid coffee. And lastly the service. Their warmth exudes through their interactions with customers. They are polite, caring and just look like good people :) Will be back when I'm around the area again!

This was a superb cafe; great atmosphere, service that exceeded expectations, and price that honestly made me feel like I was being undercharged. The waiter kindly and thoughtfully lowered the curtain for us to prevent the sun from shining directly into our eyes. A small gesture, but it shows that he was committed to providing a great experience. My burger was delicious, and my partners Thai Salad was “probably the best” she’d ever had. The waiter also, as requested, made my hot drink once I had finished my food; something that can easily be forgotten. Was a good hot chocolate too! The owner must be proud to be running such a great store and happy to have such dedicated, thoughtful and skilled employees. We hope to return if we find ourselves in Ivanhoe again! Thank you.

Cafe n Addictions has me addicted to its fine coffee. If it's an espresso or short macchiato or a latte, it is always perfectly brewed and hits the spot. I have had several dishes here, all delicious: Pasta with Salmon, Salt and Lemon Pepper Calamari and their pancakes. Yummy! Today I saw Arancini on the menu. In my opinion one of the best culinary inventions to come out of Sicily, and they were awesome (see picture). You will notice I carved into one even before getting a snapshot. What a great experience I had in this coffee shop. Friendly staff and service, amazing coffee quality and the meal was so fresh with incredible flavors. It was hard to choose among the different options they have in the menu. I will definitely be back soon, I highly recommend it!

Second visit The massaman curry is delicious! All four of us had it, some with rice and some with roti, and we absolutely loved it. Mighty nice iced coffee too. This is a really lovely cafe that gets everything right - location, food and drinks - with genuinely warm friendly service First visit Very impressed with our first visit while out on our daily Covid safe walk. The coffee was absolutely delicious. Rich and substantive with great length. It’s mighty fine coffee. Our snack was a cracker too. Roti with avocado, bacon and chicken. Yummy. Service was lovely as well. We will be back very soon!

Lovely friendly staff great food and fantastic service in an ambient atmosphere

Absolutely delightful. Food was amazing and the staff were ten out of ten for service and friendliness. We were there for a get together after a funeral and were made really welcome. Thankyou team, well done. Loved the home made pastries and muffins and the sandwiches were outstanding.
